Their decisions are taken by majority of votes and based on: business sense and growth expectations, innovation, degree of competition in their market, quality of the presentation and, in its case, the video sent to the contest and team.
The Jury of Startup 2.0 2011 was formed by VCs, founders, editors, bloggers and other specialists in 2.0 web & mobile technologies from all over Europe:
Alex Barrera
He is Partner and resident hacker at Okuri Ventures. Cofounder and CEO of Tetuan Valley, Founder and CEO of Inkzee.com, he is mentor at several international business acceleration programs (StartupBootcamp Europe, Springboard UK and Ideas Inc in Singapore).
Ivan Brezak
Founder and editor in chief of the web business blog Netokracija, curator at StartupDigest and regional writer for Techcrunch Europe. His company, Acumen Connect, helps companies such as T-Mobile and Microsoft with content marketing.
Milan Cermak

Arda Kutsal
Founder and editor of Webrazzi, the most popular Turkish Web 2.0 blog. He is also Founder and General Manager of the management, strategy and marketing consultancy company, Crenvo Consultancy.
Berislav Lopac
Co-founder and honorary member at CRANE (Croatian Business Angel Network), he is Referrer at HackFwd and Member of the Board at British Chamber of Commerce in Croatia.
